Placing an Order with us

Ready to move forward but still unsure about your measurements or color choices? No problem! You can secure your order with us even if you haven’t made final decisions yet. Rest assured, there’s no obligation—if you decide to make changes, you can cancel your order and receive a refund of your 20% deposit (please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details).

Booking a Template appointment

Once you’re ready, our Simply Stone Worktops team will reach out to schedule a template appointment at a convenient time for you. We’ll also provide a pre-template guide and checklist to ensure everything is set for the templating process.
If you’re unsure when your kitchen will be ready, don’t worry—just get in touch with us when you’re prepared, and we’ll arrange a template date that works for you.
After booking, we’ll confirm all the details and will contact you 24 hours before your appointment to finalize the time slot.

At Template

Once you’re satisfied with the final price, we’ll ask you to settle the remaining balance, and we’ll proceed with putting your Simply Stone Worktops into production. If you decide not to move forward with your order, that’s completely fine—there’s no pressure. We won’t move ahead with your order without your explicit approval.

Between Template & Installation

To minimize any inconvenience, we strive to keep the lead time between your final payment and installation to just two weeks. During this period, we’ll stay in touch regularly to schedule your installation appointment, provide details on what to expect on installation day, and notify you of any preparatory work needed to ensure a smooth installation of your Simply Stone Worktops.

At Installation

On the day of installation, our skilled team will leave a Simply Stone Worktops care kit on site, along with information about your 25-year warranty. Following the installation, our team will reach out to you to ensure everything meets your expectations and to address any questions or concerns you may have.

After Care
